FNB Connect worse customer service

<p>FNB Connect Customer care number is of no use of calling for any assistance. You hold on for ever with the message the whole day until late that they are experiencing alot of calls, which doesn't make sense. And now that I have a problem with my account, how do I handle this or who do I call if normal ways doesn't work? What's the use. What a way to get new customers, but you can't service them.</p>
