FNB CONNECT - WHY CAN'T YOU SET A DEBIT ORDER DATE??

Absolutely pathetic service from FNB!!!

First I was on FNB prepaid for a month or two. Then when I decided to move over to a month to month TOP Package and now I have to pay additional R6 fee for my number?

I don’t understand this? I had my number on FNB PREPAID without paying a R6 fee and then I move over to FNB TOP PACKAGE, then it’s additional R6 fee? For what?

Now when I asked to be debited after the 25th of each month as I have sim contracts , the consultant told me it’s not possible to set a debit order date? Since when? I don’t work on being debited on the 22nd of each month. Why can’t you set debit order dates on your TOP UP PACKAGES??

When I want to cancel it, I can only cancel in 60 days?
