FNB connect what ever you do DON'T go there

I have a FNB connect sim Card with FNB and I have unfortunately had not just terrible service from a bank that asks how can we help you but also feels that they are steeling my money. My Data stopped working and phoned 147 to get assistants. Spoke to 3 different consultants all with a different story. Then it was said that I need to pay R65. Didn't know why but did it just so could carry on with my life. Didn't work. The next day a very frustrated Me Phoned again and spoke to a manager. Randy told me that they didn't remove my sim of soft lock when I made payment and he unlocked it. Still not understanding why I had to pay the R65. it worked for 4 hours and went back on soft lock. So I phoned again. Randy now where to be found I spoke to Roxanne. I yet again had to explain everything again. Now I Owe R140 but I have data. so I asked her to please have a look at my account and get back to me about what is going. that was Thursday morning 9:30. I said I'm going into a meeting and if she could phone me back at around 10. NOTHING! then on Friday morning I phoned again asked to speak to her. She said she is busy and will phone me. Its Monday now and I'm still waiting. I would like somebody to contact me who can actually help me. IF you cant give the service you promise then don't do it. Simple.
