FNB Connect - What a Sham!!!

I was on prepaid, and decided to take up 2 x FNB Connect (Unlimited Calls) contracts for myself and my wife. The contracts contain unlimited calls, but only a limited amount of data. Upon signing up for the contracts, I was advised that I would be able to load onto the contracts, additional top-up data in order to bolster the data content of the contracts.

This was then done, and the contracts concluded. I added the data top-up bundles via the call center, and all was set to be sorted by the first month. To my dismay, no data was loaded onto the contracts, and upon enquiring with the call center I was told that in order to quantify for the contract style top-up data I must take the data loaded onto another sim card. The more I tried to explain to these *********** FNB representatives that I cannot physically use a second sim card, as my phone only uses one - The less the matter was resolved. I even escellated the matter with my Private Banker - Which I have since come to realize is just as useless as the FNB Connect call center.

Eventually I was called back after about 7 days and multipled fights with FNB, only to be told that the data that can be loaded to the package would be at more than double the contract data rates. It has now been in excess of 10 days since my orriginal complaint, and several furious conversations with FNB Connect's call center, and I am still in exactly the same possition I have been, with no further answers being provided by FNB. Each time I am told that the matter would be escallated.

My advice to people considering changing over to FNB Connect would be not to do it. Some of their packages seem good, however their service to resolve matters is absolutely appaling.
