FNB Connect - Vodacom numbers can't call me.

Do not move to FNB Connect! Ported my number from Vodacom to FNB Connect in 2024. Since then many Vodacom numbers can not call me, immediate dropped call, doesn't even ring. I've missed countless business calls because of this.

I've phoned FNB Connect countless times and nothing is done to sort this out. There is no effort from FNB Connect to resolve this. I've also asked to speak to a supervisor/manager but "isn't available" and also doesn't call back.

I should never have moved.
