FNB Connect Useless

I have been having such a bad experience with FNB connect customer services, they are rude, they dont call you back and they put you on hold for 10 minutes then drop the call... do yourself a favor and never call that contact centre as they are totally useless I am still waiting for Jabulani to call me back since last year.
