FNB Connect Useless

Good Day,I have had terrible service from FNB Connect Department.I placed an order for a new device which is do every 2 years as my phone is damaged.My order has been stuck at New order created for 4 days now and no correspondence from FNB.If this issue is not resolved will cancel the order and go to another ISP.
