FNB Connect Urgent Issue with Outgoing Calls and Call Barring

I am reaching out to express my frustration with an ongoing issue regarding outgoing calls being blocked due to call barring. This is the second time I have encountered this problem, and I am deeply concerned, especially with the potential for my SIM to be cancelled.

My concern is that, if this happens suddenly and without warning, I am left without a means to make outgoing calls in case of an emergency. This issue is not only inconvenient but also concerning from a safety perspective.

Previously, when I reached out via chat, I spoke with four different representatives, and each provided conflicting information. This has led to confusion and an inability to get a clear resolution.

Could you please investigate this matter thoroughly and provide a permanent solution? I would appreciate clarity on why this is happening, and how it can be resolved once and for all.
