FNB Connect Unreasonable Punishment of Customers

I have been an FNB Connect customer for a few years now but I am disappointed in the way in which they suspend services for 12 months because I have exceeded my permissible monthly usage. I am willing to pay penalties or at least take the punishment for 2 or 3 months. Suspending my service for 12 months is inconsiderate.
