FNB connect unlimited-what they don't tell you

So I would like to start off by saying that the dishonesty and integrity of FNB is definitely questioned from my side. I was contact in September to take out the unlimited contract for R399.00 on a Month to month basis.

Later what I have found is I was debited R786.00 on the 1st of October when the contract officially started, bear in mind I did not request Pro rata for the month of September.

According to the call centre agent, this is correct as I am debited for both October and November....but this should =R798.00 and apparently some of the FNB sales team do not notify the customer of the double debit. My reference number for this call is RR ********** 323, she apologised for the lies that have been sold to me however has not provided me with an invoice or clear understanding for this billing.

In addition my number has now been changed to "Private Caller" and I am waiting for feedback on having this resolved.

I have yet to receive a contract from FNB with the terms and conditions or an invoice depicting what I am being billed for. I do not appreciate this service received from my bank at all.
