FNB CONNECT UNLIMITED PACKAGE NOT SO UNLIMITED

Before I got myself an fnb sim card,I was with vodacom,I saw an ad from fnb that was too good to be true...but I read up on some reviews and it really did seem legit,So I decided to get myself one,For R399 p/m I could get Unlimited voice calls to any number...It worked extremely well...for about 3 weeks. Then I got slapped with a "Fair Usage Policy"...Nobody reads the T&C's these days,This has now made more cautious than ever.I spend about 3-4 hours on the phone with my fiance every night(Clearly not business),I did this with vodacom.Yes,I payed prepaid but it cost me R5/Hour VC to VC. Im extremely dissapointed with this false initiative that FNB have taken.Ive been with the bank my whole life and Im a platinum card holder,So I ask myself...How am I supposed to trust them with my money if I cant even trust them with their Network fascade.I have no words beyond this point...I now have to go do a sim swap because my fnb connect has been suspended.Im thankful to my intuition for not getting one of their phones as a part of the package as well.

Sincerely.

A very dissapointed customer
