FNB Connect treating it's customers like trash.

FNB connect is ripping people off. They are selling cell phones that are super bad, beyond bad. I bought a Conexia A2 which was a total waste of my money. I phoned to complain about, but i was told i cannot be refunded and that i should sell it... How will i market a phone that i hate myself, a phone that i know for sure that the next person won't like it? FNB was basically telling me that since we ripped you, go and find someone to ******* as well. I asked to exchange the phone and take a different phone, but i was told it is not possible. The Conexia phone take ugly pictures, the speakers are dead, you cannot hear properly even on loud speaker. My old Nokia 6220 and Blackberry Curve, have a better screen view, they take way better pictures than the Conexia A2...I am so disappointed, i'm hurt...I lost my money to a bank that make that same amount in half a millisecond.. How does a big bank like FNB treat its costumers like that?
