FNB Connect ***** - Think TWICE before taking their service.

I regret the day I placed an order with FNB Connect. It's been a full month and counting. I ordered a cellphone, and it was delivered *****ulently to someone who used my ID details. Tell me how they got hold of my details other than being provided by FNB, My ID and personal information. FNB ***** team has been dragging their feet with the matter, I've waited long enough. I would have not ordered a phone worth 26K if I didn't need it. My work, personal life and business have been affected and they don't care. The complaints people promise to call back and that never happens. I'm stuck at a dead end waiting for them to investigate and resolve this mess they created. I'm shook with the level of security from a big bank like this. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE WITH THEM CONSIDERING THE SERVICES I HAVE WITH THEM. Wanna take a contract with FNB CONNECT THINK AGAIN.
