Fnb connect the most useless company ever???

<p>Had an absolutely amazing interaction with the customer call centre at fnb connect. Never have I ever had so much trouble getting stuff sorted out. 3 weeks ago I cancelled one package and requested a port back to my original provider. That went okay, then when the new month came in and I had to get new data and minutes allocated, I didn't get anything on my other 2 numbers, turns out they deducted for my "cancelled" package. They didn't know the package was cancelled. Anyways called them again and was told I need to speak to cancellations and they will contact me asap. 3 weeks have past I'm still waiting for a call back, I keep phoning and they just keep saying its being escalated. . . How long does escalation take. This morning I was so full of all their nonsense I chose to cancel all of my packages. I was told by the agent he will call me every hour to check if cancellations have called me. I'm still waiting for any of their calls. . . Just wondering if they have so many cancellations that they can't keep up, or if they just don't have a cancellations dept. . . I will call again now. But don't think I'll get any joy. How do I go about sorting this out. . </p>
