Fnb connect terrible services

I logged a application for a fnb connect product. I received a text whole week saying the item will be delivered . It's Friday and the delivery has not been made , the driver called to say he will deliver by Wednesday and nothing took place . I have received a text to saying I will be charged for delivery but yet no activity delivery was made
