FNB Connect Terrible Service

This review of for FNB Connect that apparently delivers a service. This is not the case: Order a product from them on Monday and all works fine. Receive an sms on Tuesday to say that the product is now with the courier company and will be delivered in 2-3 business day. Wednesday the Courier phones and states that the product is out of stock and they are not receiving stock of that product again. We should cancel the order and place a new order on a different product. After that i took another full day to get the DP to provide us with what else might be required. We are still waiting after numerous phone calls and holding the line for 30+minutes on average. This is really unacceptable on any level, this is not the type of service to be expected from FNB.
