FNB Connect terrible service

Do not make use of FNB Connect! I have been struggling with the department since last year when I took out the "new" FNB sim cards. Since I received the sim card, I have had to phone in numerous time to correct billing issues. At first, they did not even know what their own packages offered and when I asked for the Unlimited FNB sim card with 2GB of data, I was billed every month for out of bundle rates. I then phoned and explained that I have put constraints on the data online and I cannot be charged and I was told that I should pay it because we used it.

Now, a year later and still every few months, I have to phone in and ask for the limit to be set, even if it just last for a month. Im soooo sick of this and if it was not a contract, I would have discontinued the service long ago.

I would not recommend anyone to use FNB connect
