FNB Connect TERRIBLE SERVICE

I've been a customer of FNB connect Uncapped for one & half months now. they've deducted the subscription for October & November 2016. On 11 November i also took the Connexis phone for R90pm.

on 15 November I ran out of airtime. on 16 November I went to the Mall@Carnival FNB branch to report my loss of airtime as it should be without limit voice minutes. i received a reference number from FNB connect: ********** NFQ at 09h10.

at 16h10 the same day I phoned FNB Connect again to have my voice minutes restored. i was put on hold for 20 minutes. i phoned back again at 16h30 and spoke to Jasmeena. we were on the phone for more than 25 minutes without any resolve.

on 17 November 16h10 i went to the Mall@carnival branch again, with the consultant we spent another hour on the phone with FNB connect call centre, this time with Sabelo, and got another reference number: ********** NFQ at 17h29. Sabelo informed me that my service will be restored within 48 hours.

Monday 21 November i was at the branch again just after 16h00. this time i laid a formal complaint with FNB ..nr: ********** . i was informed that someone will contact me within 24hrs. i was also informed that my service will be resolved within 3 - 5 days. i also requested that i'm to be contact at 12h00 noon as the reception at my workplace is very poor. at the same time an internal email on the FNB system was written to Sabelo to phone me regarding my problem...nothing happened, Not Sabelo or the complaints department contacted me.

today at 16h15 i went to the branch again, this time got the branch manager involved...and guess what...another reference number was sent: ********** NF at 17h20.

i wonder when will management get involved in this matter as nothing happens at grassroots level. they are quick to deduct money, but very slow on delivery. somewhere, somehow, somebody must make a decision and resolve this!
