FNB connect Talk Max Plan is a ****. FBN Private Clients please be careful.

i took the FBN connect talk max plan couple of months ago for R229 where i am supposed to get 800 talk minutes and rewarded with 100 GB a month for 10 months, in the month of November i received the minutes and not the data

On the 8th I called and spoke to Bopape and advised that he is escalating the matter and SMS me the reference number and he advised that either they are going to call in 24 hrs. or the data will be loaded. I have been calling the call center and agents kept cutting the call.

I spoke to Knowledge on the 12th and she promised that my data is allocated and i am goin to get it on the 13th, nothing was received and i called again and they kept on cutting my call

Today i call i spoke to Minenhle and did not the story change that my plan does not have data benefit and if my bank account does not have enough money i will not get the data. I was more confused irritated and angry because I took this plan for a reason. i asked to speak to speak to a team leader and they said team leaders are not available as they work remotely, wht kind of nonsense is that?

I have been a private client for FNB for a while but the type of service i have received is disappointing .

I will advise people not to be tempted to take this offer especially private clients. They offer what they cant deliver.
