FNB CONNECT TALK MAX FAIR USAGE.

Don't move to FNB connect talk max and Talk Max Pro, if you are on the R399 package don't move either one of the above new packages. I was on the R399 unlimited calling for a year and FNB phone me a few months back and advise me that they can move me to the cheaper talk max deal at a better cost, I gave them the go-ahead but after few months the contract was canceled due to the new fair usage policy on these talk max packages. So from my point of view, they try moving all the clients to these talk max packages as this will terminate the old usage policy on the R399 packages that was working perfectly fine for the year. So at this stage, I don't see any other reason to keep my FNB account open. They can even explain to me what rules did we break in regards to this fair usage policy, most of my call is 70% Incoming Calls.
