FNB CONNECT super ***********. Useless company

FNB CONNECT is the most *********** department i have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I app**** for a new device, it was approved. I contacted their courier to arrange delivery. They said theres a problem. I contact fnb connect again, they said i have too many devices and I need to settle one. I settled vife devices and tried again. Now the system declines me. I followed up, afyer many hoirs on the phone and many *********** agents, they said the settled devoces must be removed first. They let me know its all sorted. I tried again, still NOT SORTED. IM on the phone now 35mins...no answer. Nobody helps, they just too lazy or *********** to actually help. still NOWHERE...still waiting on anybody to help
