FNB Connect suddenly started billing me

I bought a smart device through FNB, they always include a sim card with the device but I have never once used one of them. The current device I have was bought last year in March and all of a sudden this December they started billing me R10 for FNB connect for no reason. Called the call center which then first put the phone down in my ear. The next one send me to the smart device department and then I was sent back to FNB connect, which said that they will put a cancellation query through and I should hold for a manager which I was requesting from the start...manager then never answered. Still didn't get a proper answer as to why I am getting billed R10 a month out of the blue.
