FNB Connect sucks

FNB Connect is pathetic. After 10 months I still cannot get calls from certain numbers. Being a client for a few years I got a connect package that seemed realy good but now I know why. The service is pathetic. The call centre is below a 0 rating. I cannot pay from my bussiness account so I opened a saving acc. After waisting my time with this I called told by the call centre I cannot make a payment any more. The reason is that you must pay in 5 days. I did this previously with no problem at the end of the month. Now I got told it suddenly changed without any warning to customers. So it seems fnb can chop and change ad they please and ***** the clients. I aldo tried to change my debit order date but no luck there either. So I feel FNB DONT CARE ABOUT CLIENTS ANYMORE JUST THEIR OWN POCKETS. I need this for my bussiness but they give a hell who lives and dies. The people at the Willowbridge branch was nice and very helpfull. I thank you for that
