FNB Connect stole my money
<p>Good Morning</p> <p>This in reference to contract i had with FNB Connect which i opted to cancel after a series of disappointments. However i received a disturbing call this morning from FNB(Lerato FNB Connect) telling me that although i cancelled my contract with them the debit order that went through will not be reversed/refunded(in other words FNB is taking my money for no reason whatsoever).</p> <p>If you can help me please understand how on earth would someone pay for something they don't own or use, how really does that work. That's **************** to me, please help me understand. Explain to me how come you took my money while the contract is cancelled and tell me i won't get it back!</p> <p>Hoping to hear from youstoel my money</p> <p>Edington</p>
