FNB Connect stole my money!
A week ago I made a call to the USA having bought airtime of about R50/R60 and I was able to attend to what I needed. That took about 30 minutes to conclude. On Monday 15 February, a week later, I called the same number and was charged a staggering R26+ a minute! Meaning I bought about the same amount of airtime as I did the previous week, called the same and the airtime was gone in 2 minutes! I was then referred to Terms and conditions that are about making calls when travelling out of South Africa. This is simply unacceptable! I have made many international calls with other service providers, this is a first.
