FNB Connect STILL most *********** department ever
FNB Connect again the most *********** part of FNB. I am on the phone for more than 2 hours JUST to speak to someone to help me sort a problem. They dont answer, they dont call back they dont assist and just put u on hold. I have been a Private Wealth client for over 10 years anf have received less than entry level service. I have speny almost R200 000 on devices theu fnb connect and still theres this huge unwillingness to help with problems

14 Apr 2023, 12:47Complaint REF ***F - i got a message saying that u tried calling me but NOBODY CALLED? My phone is in my hand as this is a super urgent matter and i can assure you. Nobody called. I have been wasting hours on the phone and nobody seems to come back to me.

14 Apr 2023, 18:51So its been almost 48 hours since you said you will call me ( within 8 hrs) and still NOTHING. Just another useless company not caring about their clients . If you dont get someone to call me before 12pm tomorrow, Saturday 15 April 2023 , I am moving our whole account to another bank. I am DONE struggling with FNB.PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE JOINING FNB. !!!!!!!! Thair slogan says "How can we help you", and ironic how USELESS THEY ARE WHEN YOU NEED THEM.

I always had such high regards for FNB, but lately they seem to have only ***********,unwilling and completely unprofessional service that they offer. In fact, doesnt matter how big ur problem is, doesnt matter how urgently u need them to attend to something...they seem to do what the trend nowadays are...sit back, have lunch and wait for a paycheck. Just another SA company thats managed down the drain. Well done FNB...u fit right in!

So...ANOTHER DAY GONE....and STILL no assistance from FNB Connect. I always had such high regards for FNB, but lately they seem to have only ***********,unwilling and completely unprofessional service that they offer. In fact, doesnt matter how big ur problem is, doesnt matter how urgently u need them to attend to something...they seem to do what the trend nowadays are...sit back, have lunch and wait for a paycheck. 20 Apr 2023, 09:54So, now we are at 20 April 2023 and STILL This whole thing is a MESS. Finally some bright guy responded to my hellopeter complaint and assisted me, but this is STILL a MESS since FNB gave the WRONG UNVERIFIED delivery address to Digital planet . They said they cant deliver since the system gives them an error that says "Validation Fails" and that FNB has to sort this. I have been sending FNB hellopetercomplaints department aswell as connectadmin emails and tried making calls and tried secure chats, but NOBODY is calling me back. Everybody says i must now wait anoter 24 to 48 hours...but i HAVE BEEN WAITING MORE THAN A WEEK!!!!! HOW MANY MORE TIMES MUST I WAIT ANOTHER 48 HOURS???? WHEN WILL FNB DO THEIR JOBS PROPERLY???
CAN SOMEONE WHO HAS SOME COMPETENCE IN HIS JOB JUST CONTACT ME??? ***
