FNB CONNECT **** still locking me

I am yet to be released by FNB CONNECT despite being given assurance by the consultant that I will be able to port out within 4 hours . How is possible that FNB is locking me inside their network with CELL C this is unfair and against consumer protect Act . Please FNB I want to port my number to MTN *** . Please release me .
