Fnb connect *****s from customers

I had an FNB connect contract which finished two months ago . All of a sudden , my account gets debited monthly for a lower amount but for a top up amount of 130 rand . I never renewed my contract . Tried getting it reversed and stopped via the private secure chat on the fnb app , but they gave me a number and told me to call the Fnb connect helpline . I called three times , no answer and when someone did call the phone got put down in my ear after saying hello . My account is still being debited for this new amount and still not answering. I want my money refunded and would like to warn people not to take a connect contract at all . Awful service delivery
