FNB Connect - STAY AWAY

FNB Connect.

I have had nothing but issues with FNB connect. From the lies about no interruption when switching, to miss-allocation of data, to no signal, now my sms and minutes have disappeared and I've been a full FNB Connect customer for less than a month. I have called in so many times and tried so many times to have my number and package sorted that I do not know what to do anymore. I am exhausted, beyond frustrated and will NEVER recommend FNB Connect to anyone. Everyone please stay away from FNB connect!
