FNB Connect - stay away

I ported my number from Vodacom to the FNB connect R399 unlimited calls package.

after a week i realized that FNB Connect has the worst network ( i shouldn't even use the word network). My phone continuously says ,(not registered on the network) this is in a lot of areas, from Atlantis which is where i work , areas around Cape Town, Noordehoek, Fishhoek etc.

I called into there call centre , this is 2 weeks ago now, and explained that they have sabotaged my business as my phone does not work.

I eventually get through to a manager called Arnold.

Now after explaining to Arnold my situation and the urgency to correct the problem. He then refuses to communicate with me through email and never calls me back.

Please tell me , if my phone doesn't work (because your network is ****) how do you propose we communicate. I asked him repeatedly to please email me but he just refuses.

Somehow i got an email from Vuyeka, Shirley ********** who works in the same call centre, so she can use email but also at her own discretion. As i have sent her multiple emails but it doesn't reply to them.

I just want my phone to work as you have cost me a lot of money due to loss of business.

and you definitely need to do a full refund, when is this happening???
