FNB Connect staff are super exceptional

I had a problem with making calls from my FNB Connect sim this morning. Frustrated, I called FNB Connect and might I say exceptional doesn't even begin to describe your level of professionalism and customer experience. The staff was constantly involved and kept in touch even when they couldn't get hold of me. You don't get this treatment with traditional banks anymore. I'm both humbled and proud to be one of your customers. @Ms Queen Ngwenya kept her cool and was such a delight to talk to even when my frustration almost got the better of me. You give a whole new meaning to the word superstar! You're the best and more! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
