FNB connect sim *******

Sometime last month I was contacted by sales consultant from FNB offering me the sim card at R56 per month which I accepted and she said they were giving me a second sim for free....yesterday they debited R402 in total, when I enquired I was told it was for both sim cards, delivery and CLI and my monthly fee..which in my calculations added to R195....i called again as this did not make sense to me,the second person I spoke to told me that I was debited for November and December, which still did not make sense to me because I received the same in November and they were never loaded with any data or minutes and as far as I remember the second sim was a gift....i was also told it was a month to month contract and I could discontinue the use of the sums at anytime,i asked them to rather cancel the sims, and I was told that I would pay a cancellation fee of R150 on each sim and that they will debit me again at the end of December....so now I'm basically buying 2 useless sim cards for approximately R800....it just doesn't make sense....I will rather move to another bank cause this is a rip-off.....
