FNB connect sim porting not allowed

Had a an FNB connect sim card- moved to Capitec sim connect- did a port on my existing number and FNB is not allowing me to port. Made a lot of phone calls no proper link to a customer care service agent that I can speak to in person. Now I dont have the port option on the client care option nor on the APP. this is absolutely ridiculous.I need my old number back like in yesterday. or please take off you soft lock from my number.
