FNB connect sim porting nightmare

My husband has tried to port from MTN to FNB connect. What a nightmare! he is utterly frustrated now as the porting was unsuccessful, when you try to call his number you get a voice telling you “phone number does not exist”. He’s tried to go back to MTN for over a week but that’s impossible because of issues on the FNB connect side. If this matter is not sorted, we are all moving our business accounts and private accounts to another service provider. He has business to run!
