FNB Connect Sim Cards are a ****

I did a sim swap at FNB Branch yesterday and received an email that I have successfully replaced my lost sim card. Even though I received the email I gave FNB the benefit of the doubt and I waited for 24hrs for the sim to be active. Up to now the sim doesn't have network and it's the same sim card that I have registered a lot of things with. Is it my problem alone or there are some clients experiencing the same problem
