FNB Connect Sim Card

For the first time in years since banking with FNB I must say I am disappointed. I took a connect cellphone and finished paying it in April however in my surprise I got debited last month (luckily I looked at my bank statement) with my knowledge. The was no notification or anything whatsoever, I tried reversing the debit order but I couldn’t then I decided to block the number using online banking cause well after all I’m not even using that number. Today I login again and to my surprise I was debited yet again!!! I called their customer service and I was told they can also see the debit order but they can’t reverse it!!!! I’m not even using that number!! Why I’m I being debited for something that I’m not even using yet alone that I didn’t approve off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
