FNB Connect sim card

I changed to FNB as my cell phone service provider towards the beginning of the year. I was very patient with their down time initially, but after getting stuck away on business with absolutely no service on my phone more than once, I started to complain. Then I discovered that if anyone tries to call my number from a land line it says "the subscriber does not exist". I did not realise this for a while, but for the past few months, I have communicated the problem to FNB, but they have done nothing to resolve the issue. I have now cancelled my month to month contract and will move to Telkom mobile. I REALLY REALLY WOULD WARN against using FNB as a service provider for your mobile. They do not have good tech support, and the call centre staff are really not able to help. Not having any customer care walk in centre is also a real deterrent.
