FNB Connect Signal Quality Poor - Swellendam

There seems to be no contact number for FNB Connect with regards to signal quality. I reside in Swellendam, and FNB Connect signal is poor wherever I find myself, be it in town, at home on the farm, or at work in the industrial area. Connection switches between FNB and Vodacom, but I find that majority of the times when I'm on a call and connected on the FNB network, it will automatically switch to Vodacom and the call is cut. Currently I'm sitting at work and the FNB network signal strength it almost non-existent, and that I have to switch to Vodacom manually to use my mobile phone. I need assistance in sorting this issue.

I received a telephone call with regards to signal quality in Swellendam. I spoke to the consultant. I was advised that I should set my mobile phone to roam manually on Vodacom-SA as they have an agreement with each other. Currently sitting and looking at my mobile phone, and I have 1 out of 5 signal quality at work on both FNB and Vodacom-SA. People, this is in the industrial area, signal quality should be excellent in this area for both networks. This issue needs to be sorted please.
