FNB Connect Signal Issues

I logged 2 x calls last year November to investigate my issue regarding poor signal, ***-D3F6B7 & CAS110367-C6W0W0, but the issue remains and this year, I have had no feedback.

I actually wanted to cancel my contract but the person who assisted me explained that there were settings that needed to be changed. He suggested that I change my network from FNB to Vodacom but I keep getting an error message. This is when I logged the second call.

The lady that assisted me, said that the call has now been handed over to the networks team but this might take some time.

I would like to find out if anything is being done about this, and of not, then i will need to cancel and go over to a service provider that actually values their Customers business.

I await your feedback.

Regards,

Paula
