FNB Connect Shocking

So someone finally assisted my wife in getting her new phone which included a top M promo bundle. but the Topup M was not loaded on the SIM card received with the phone, so we called FNB Connect to ask them to link it to the SIM as well as add the complimentary topup Go that came with the SIM as well. FNB could not assist immediately and called my wife back to say they are going to load her Topup M, which they did as a separate monthly contract instead of the Topup M promo that should have come with the phone. She now has to pay an additional R109 per month for something that is included in the price of the phone??? FNB said she agreed to this over the phone, but This is only because she was under the impression that FNB connect was calling her back to link the topup M promo.

I was bragging to my wife how good FNB was but from her opening her bank account to her getting her cell phone to her getting her connection for topup M promo with the new phone she has had nothing but admin nightmares.

Due to this I am going to close my FNB accounts
