FNB Connect Refusing to Port my number.

FNB Connect will not let me port my number. I have tried to port to Vodacom multiple times and I keep being told that FNB Connect did not agree to have my number ported. Why am I being held hostage against my will? I don't want to use FNB connect anymore and I'd still like to keep my number!
