FNB Connect Refund
Still waiting for an FNB consultant to contact me in regards to the refund on my FNB Connect. Customer service??? out the window!!!

Thank you for your response once again,
Kindly be advised your concerns raised where logged to FNB connect and the turn-around time is 24-48 hours.
Once all the necessary investigations have been concluded feedback will be provided and you will be contacted.
Also note that every time you log a complaint a new Ref number is generated and filters and the back of the queue.
I sincerely do apologise and hope that you will be contacted soon.
