FNB Connect really sucks

I was offered a contract with FNB connect via the call centre. I agreed to the contract because the agent promised me a certain cell phone number. I recevied the package and once activated I noticed that the number promised was not what was delivered. I phoned the call center requesting them to investogate and also to provide me with a copy of the recording. A month later and they still cant retrieve the recording. I have phone numerous times but the supervisor or senior person in the call center is never available. Despite numerous msgs I have not received a call from this phantom person. When they answer the phone they say How can I connect you? My response is to tell them to see how they can disconnect me. I am closing all my FNB accounts because of this.
