FNB CONNECT - RATHER DISCONNECT

I lost my FNB device and needed assistance blocking it. Yho the attitude i got form the call center staff! Te lady sounded like she was half asleep and irritated that i was disturbing her nap. i told her i need to block my phone she asked me for all my details then kept saying the address I was giving her was incorrect. She then puts me on hold for no reason. When she gets back on the line and i ask too be transferred to the manager for assistance, the manager simply says if you do not have the IMEI number we cannot assist. Not only was I traumatized from having all my valuable ******, I was then re- traumatized by FNB connect. Losing the phone and my ties with FNB connect was actually a blessing in disguise and will now stop me from purchasing all the other FNB products I was about to.
