FNB Connect R6000 for 20MB

I recently traveled to the UK and switched on my data roaming for a short period to get some directions. I know data roaming can be expensive, but this is just ********. Some networks charge R270 per MB (yes MB!), and somewhere, someone in FNB decided that this is acceptable for their customers. So, I ended up on one of these networks and ended up accumulating a bill of R6300 within a day just using maps and uber. I did have a limit set on my account of R2400 which I would think stops this sort of thing from happening, but conveniently it didn't apply in this case. When I phoned them about it, they didn't seem to care and it just became 'my problem', not theirs. <br> <br> I have been an evangelist for FNB for the last couple of years, but this has changed my mind.
