FNB Connect "R249 special" false advertising

I signed up for an FNB Connect Top-up special of R249 p.m in November 2019. FNB immediately deducted R259 including a connection fee for the first month. They told me they will deduct R249 month to month until cancellation. FNB deducted R259 again in December 2019. I called FNB Connect regarding this. They tell me the additional R10 pm is for CLI or my number will show private when calling. This is nonsense and false advertising. If the first month was R259 including CLI and a "once off" connection fee, why am I being charged for CLI. This practice must stop.
