FNB CONNECT - PUTRID SERVICE - NO SUBSCRIBE

I subscribed with FNB Connect and my number was ported from MTN to FNB Connect without any hesitation after I fell for the lies of FNB Connect through one of it's consultant. I complained and got a respond from Daffnie Govender who responded through this medium. Afterwards my complained was entertained by Teboho Dikgale from FNB Premier Banking who was so professional and willing to go the extra mile to have my query resolved but due to limitations on his side he was unsuccessful. I was also called by a lady named Lebohang Sehlako who did her best too but was also not successful. Both of them informed me they have escalated the matter to senior personnel of FNB Connect but they did not get any joy or any feedback from them.

After two full weeks of Putrid Service I requested for my number to be ported out to Telkom Mobile and Telkom sent through a request for number port out but it was rejected by FNB Connect and this was after I struggled to get my contract number from it's Call Centre Agents who advised me they do not have Contract Numbers, I was eventually given it by a gentleman who advised his colleagues were incorrect (forgot his name).

Lebohang called me again to inform me that the Support Team cannot port out my number to Telkom Mobile but can only reverse it back to MTN which is something that does not make sense and business sense at all.

Given the opportunity I'd advise anyone against subscribing with FNB Connect simply because there is no value for money and FNB Connect does not render good service.

I'm really disappointed in FNB Connect, I have received good and excellent service from FNB Premier Banking and that is the sole reason I will not move my account from FNB. FNB Connect needs to up it's game if it wants to excell in the Telecoms, retain clients and increase it's foot print in Telecoms market.
