FNB Connect Problems

Both myself and my mother have FNB connect sim cards in our phones. For months we are struggling to make phone calls and when people phone us the calls goes directly to voicemail even though the phones are on and have good reception. And when I manage to make a phone call, it cuts out after 10 seconds.

I have spoken to a person on the FNB Connect call center from another phone and the only information I receive is to restart my phone and when the call gets cut I don't receive a call back from them. Restarting doesn't work and all the call waiting and call forwarding settings on our phones are correct and should not give any problems.

I don't want to write a bad review about FNB as I generally only receive good assistance but I am getting really frustrated as the issue seems unresolvable and I am not getting any assistance from FNB in this regards.

If anyone from FNB can assist me I would appreciate it.
