FNB Connect price hike

My FNB connect flexi package went from R95/month to R215/month for a 2GB data bundle. When querying it the person at customer services simply told me that the price increased and that I will have to accept it. She said that the price increase was on the website. I then said that I could find the new price, but I would like the documentation regarding the price increase (the old prices, new prices, percentage increase, etc.) She told me that she didn't know where to find it, but she would find out and then e-mail it to me. A few minutes later I received a mail that said they don't have the old prices, that the prices went up and will not be coming down. HOW ON EARTH CAN FNB CONNECT INCREASE PRICES BY 126% AND THEN WORST OF ALL NOT EVEN HAVE ANY DOCUMENTATION FOR THE PRICE INCREASE!!
