FNB Connect PORTME to Vodacom not working!!!!!!

I have a FNB Connect contract which expired. It took me 2 days after several calls to convert it to Prepaid. I have tried just over 20 Portme requests to Vodacom. I phoned and messaged FNB connect over 20 times with several reference numbers. "There systems had a problem on Portme, they resolved (Not), I have to purchase airtime to show a positive balance before it works - did not work, the number has been released etc, all Nonsense! 5 days in now and still cant port, every time a new reason. Ridiculous!
